Controlled Drilling & Blasting
We manage our own drill and blast operations, giving us full oversight of the production chain and reducing reliance on external service providers. Our fleet of rigs allows for efficient drilling in both hard and soft ground conditions. With an experienced in-house team, we design and execute blast patterns that enhance fragmentation, maximize cast, and maintain highwall stability. We use a combination of shock tube and electronic initiation systems to tailor each blast for safety, efficiency, and site-specific performance outcomes.
Explosives Management
We offer an end-to-end explosives-management solution that spans regulatory licensing and SANS/DMRE compliance, secure magazine design and stock control, site-specific blast design and optimisation, on-site supervision of charging and initiation, accredited shotfirer training, and comprehensive risk assessments, delivering safe, efficient, and fully compliant blasting operations from procurement through post-blast evaluation.
Seismic Monitoring
Utilising advanced seismic monitoring and analysis technology, we ensure comprehensive assessment of geological conditions and ground behaviour. This allows our team to make informed decisions and implement precise, safe, and effective drilling and blasting strategies.
